Crook County, OR. – A teenager was killed, and another was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Crook County on Saturday night, according to the Crook County Sheriff’s Office.
The fatal accident happened around 9:23 p.m. on Southeast Indian Lane.
Deputies said a 15-year-old was riding a motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with another 15-year-old, who was also riding a motorcycle.
One of the riders was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other rider was taken to St. Charles Medical Center in Bend with serious injuries.
Alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
