Police said Ford Maverick was heading westbound and attempted to make a U-turn at the junction and drove into the path of an eastbound Harley-Davidson and the two collided.

Apopka, FL. – Cindy Romero was identified as the 25-year-old woman killed after a motorcycle accident on Saturday in Apopka, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on State Road 436 and Lake Pleasant Road on September 13.
Police said Ford Maverick was heading westbound and attempted to make a U-turn at the junction and drove into the path of an eastbound Harley-Davidson and the two collided.
The rider and their passenger, Romero, were ejected from the car.
The motorcyclist was rushed to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Romero was rushed to Adventhealth Apopka where she was later declared dead.
The driver and passenger of the Ford Maverick were not hurt in the collision. They stayed at the crash site after the accident.
No additional information regarding the crash was released.
An investigation is underway.
