Cass County, IN. – A 43-year-old woman was injured in a car crash on Wednesday morning in Cass County.
According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened on Clifton Avenue near Stanley Street.
The Logansport woman was driving a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer southbound on Clifton Avenue when she lost control, slid off the roadway, and struck the tree.
The woman was extricated from the vehicle and was airlifted to Parkview Trauma Center with serious injuries.
No one else was injured in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
