Trooper said the man was trying to cross U.S. 41 when he was struck by a car operated by a 24-year-old Palmetto woman.
Manatee County, FL. – A 74-year-old Bradenton man was killed after a pedestrian accident on Saturday night in Manatee County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at around 9:48 p.m. on February 7th on U.S. 41/14th Street West near 51st Avenue Drive West.
Troopers said the man was trying to cross U.S. 41 when he was struck by a car operated by a 24-year-old Palmetto woman.
The Bradenton man was declared dead at the crash site.
The female driver was not hurt in the collision.
An investigation is underway.
