Deputies said a cyclist was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
Siesta Key, FL. – A bicyclist was killed after a traffic accident on Sunday afternoon in Siesta Key, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash occurred at around 1:22 p.m. on February 8, at Beach Road and Plaza De Las Palmas.
Deputies said a cyclist was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The bicyclist was rushed to an area hospital where they were declared dead.
No additional information regarding this crash was released.
