Avondale, AZ – The authorities have released the identity of the person who was killed in a single-car accident in Avondale early Saturday morning.
DPS identified the victim as Andy Alvarado Ramirez, 46, of Mesa.
Ramirez was driving a Ford Pickup truck that crashed into a guardrail along Interstate 10 near 107th Avenue at about 1 a.m. on August 16.
Ramirez was pronounced dead at the scene.

Avondale, AZ – One person was killed early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle accident in Avondale, according to the authorities.
The fatal accident happened just after 1:00 a.m. on August 16 on Interstate 10 near 107th Avenue.
Authorities said only one vehicle was involved in the accident.
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead. Their identity has not been released.
