Deputies said a vehicle was driving a truck north of East Street when it collided with an Iowa Interstate train.
Bureau County, IL. – A 78-year-old man from Princeton, Illinois, was flown to the hospital after a train versus vehicle crash on Wednesday morning in Bureau County.
According to the Bureau County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at around 9:34 a.m. on January 21, in the 900 block of East Street.
Deputies said a vehicle was driving a truck north of East Street when it collided with an Iowa Interstate train.
Emergency crews removed the driver from the truck and airlifted him to the hospital.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
