Troopers said a 78-year-old man was driving an SUV from Jacksonville westbound when the SUV went off the roadway to the left and into the center grass median.

Jackson County, FL. – Two persons were severely hurt following a single-vehicle rollover accident on Saturday morning in Jackson County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 8:15 a.m. January 17, on westbound I-10 near Mile Marker 141.
Troopers said a 78-year-old man was driving an SUV from Jacksonville westbound when the SUV went off the roadway to the left and into the center grass median. The vehicle crashed into the guardrail face in the median.
The SUV then travelled through the guardrail, down an embankment and rolled over.
The driver and a 74-year-old female passenger from Jacksonville sustained severe injuries in the collision.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
