Police said two vehicles collided in unclear circumstances.
Largo, FL. – Two persons including a Largo police officer were killed in a crash at East Bay Drive and Country Club Drive, according to the Largo Police Department.
The accident happened just before 2:30 p.m. on July 13, East Bay Drive and Country Club Drive.

A Largo police officer and the second driver were hurt in the collision.
The two were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Duke energy also responded to the crash to repair a power pole struck during the collision.
All westbound lanes of East Bay Driver were closed and traffic diverted at Alternate Keene Road following the crash.
All eastbound lanes of East Bay Drive were opened.
An investigation is underway.
