Hamilton County, IN. – One person was killed in a car accident that left another injured on Wednesday morning in Westfield.
The fatal crash happened around 6:50 a.m. on US 31 northbound just north of 161st Street, according to the Westfield Police Department.
A car was traveling southbound when it crossed the median and into the northbound lanes, where it collided with a semi-truck.
The driver of the car was killed in the accident.
The truck driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
