Moriarty, N.M. – One person was killed in a car accident near Moriarty in Torrance County.
According to the Torrance County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened on Interstate 40 at mile marker 204.
A semitrailer and a residential vehicle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately determined.
One person was killed in the accident.
Two other people were transported to hospital with undisclosed injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
