Broward County, FL. – One person was killed following a fiery two-vehicle collision on Sunday afternoon in Davie, Broward County, according to Davie Police Department.
The accident happened at about 2:30 p.m. at 15200 Griffin Road.
Police said two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation. One of the cars burst into flames following the collision.
At least one person was killed in the crash.
Police closed westbound Griffin Road at Southwest 148th Avenue and the Interstate 75 entrances blocking access by east or westbound traffic. It was not immediately known for how long the roadway would be closed and people are asked to use alternate routes.
An investigation is ongoing.
