Fernley, NV. – One person was killed in a car crash on Monday afternoon in Fernley.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident happened at US50A and 6th Street at around 1 p.m.
An SUV was traveling east when it ran off the right shoulder and struck several signs. The SUV then crashed into a house.
The adult male driver was killed in the accident.
The adult female passenger was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
