Brevard County, FL. – One person was killed after a semi-truck accident Thursday evening in Mims, Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 2:25 p.m. on February 26 on northbound I-95 near Deering Parkway.
Troopers said a semi-truck and a 2004 Volvo truck crashed in unclear circumstances. The semi rolled over, struck the guardrail and burst into flames after the accident.
The semi-truck driver was declared dead at the scene.
The Volvo truck driver and passenger were not hurt in the collision. They remained at the scene after the accident.
