Albuquerque, N.M. – One pedestrian has died and another remained in critical condition after they were struck by a car in Albuquerque on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened around 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of Menaul Boulevard NE and Chelwood Park Boulevard.
A pickup truck reportedly struck two pedestrians in unclear circumstances.
Both pedestrians were taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
One of the pedestrians later died while receiving treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
