Troopers said a 25-year-old Winter Park man was heading east on Aloma Avenue in a 1999 Honda CRV when he went through a red light, struck the front of a 2024 Toyota RAV-4 that was turning through the junction.

Orange County, FL. – A man was killed and a woman hurt following a multi-vehicle accident on Sunday night in Orange County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 9:40 p.m. on January 25.
Troopers said a 25-year-old Winter Park man was heading east on Aloma Avenue in a 1999 Honda CRV when he went through a red light, struck the front of a 2024 Toyota RAV-4 that was turning through the junction.
The Toyota RAV-4 then struck a 2018 Toyota Corolla that was trying to turn.
The Winter Park man was rushed to an area hospital where he died. The man was not wearing a seat belt.
The Toyota RAV-4 driver, a 24-year-old Orlando woman, sustained minor injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
The other driver, a 21-year-old Davenport man, was not hurt in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
