East Peoria, IL. – One person was injured following a traffic collision involving a tractor trailer on Thursday morning in East Peoria, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident occurred on Interstate 74 near the Camp Street Exit at about 7:50 a.m.
Police confirmed a passenger vehicle, and a tractor trailer collided for reasons yet to be determined.
One individual sustained injurie and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Their current condition was not immediately known.
The Camp Street Exit, exit 95 was blocked following the collision.
