A vehicle reportedly failed to yield on a permissive yellow light and turned into an oncoming vehicle.

Las Vegas, NV. – One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following a car accident on Saturday afternoon in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 4:30 p.m. in the area of Lake Mead and Lamb boulevards.
A vehicle reportedly failed to yield on a permissive yellow light and turned into an oncoming vehicle.
A rear passenger of one of the cars was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
