Gilbert, TX – A woman who was run over and killed by a vehicle after she fell at the parking lot of Veterans Affairs Clinic (VA) in Gilbert on Friday has been identified as Lenora Turnbull, 85.
The deadly crash happened at about 11:15 a.m. on January 17 in the parking lot of the Staff Sergeant Alexander W. Conrad Veterans Affairs Health Care Clinic at Val Vista Drive and Pecos Road.
Police said Turnbull and another person were walking in the parking lot when Turnbull fell and was run over by a vehicle. Turnbull was pronounced dead at the scene. The second pedestrian was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, but the police did not say how the person was injured.

Gilbert, AZ – A pedestrian was killed and another injured in a collision that happened outside a Veterans Affairs clinic in Gilbert on Friday night, according to the Gilbert Police Department.
The fatal crash happened in the parking lot of the VA clinic along Val Vista Drive at about 11:15 a.m. January 17.
According to police, two pedestrians were walking in the parking lot when one of them fell and was hit by a vehicle.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The second pedestrian was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to Gilbert police, the pedestrian who died in the accident was an army veteran.
Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
