Brandon Michael Bailey was riding a 2003 Honda motorcycle when he collided with a FedEx truck traveling eastbound on Tom Costine Road
Lakeland, FL. – A Lakeland man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Monday afternoon in Lakeland.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 4:30 p.m. on Tom Costine Road near Ridgeglen Circle West.
Brandon Michael Bailey, 28, was riding a 2003 Honda motorcycle in the area when he collided with a FedEx truck traveling eastbound on Tom Costine Road.
The truck driver, 35-year-old Juan Cruz Rivera of Poinciana, was making a left turn into a driveway when the collision happened.
Bailey was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
