North Naples, FL. – A teenage boy died in a collision involving an e-bike in the Willoughby Acres neighborhood in North Naples on Saturday evening.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 5 p.m. at Lakeland Avenue and Madison Avenue.
The teen was riding an e-bike eastbound on Madison Drive and was struck by an SUV traveling south on Lakeland Avenue.
The teen was critically injured and was taken to an area hospital, where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
