Las Vegas, NV – A 42-year-old Las Vegas man, identified as Anthony Jomar Reeves, was hit and killed by a vehicle on I-15 in Las Vegas late Saturday, according to Nevada State Police Highway Patrol (NSP).
The deadly accident happened at about 11:35 p.m. on January 4, on southbound Interstate 15 on-ramp at Lake Mead Boulevard.
Nevada State Police Highway Patrol – Traffic Homicide Unit said Reeves stepped into the roadway outside a marked crosswalk when a red 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star pickup traveling eastbound Lake Mead struck him.
The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
No additional information is available at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
