Four injured in crash involving Roswell police officer on Main Street at Mescalero Road
Roswell, N.M. – Four people were injured in a collision involving a Roswell police vehicle on Tuesday night in Roswell.
According to a local news source, the accident happened around 9 p.m. on Main Street at Mescalero Road.
A Roswell police department SUV was traveling north on Main Street when it collided with a southbound SUV that was turning onto Mescalero Road.
The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to overturn onto its side.
The officer and three people in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
