Carbondale, IL. – Three people were injured in a collision on Thursday in Carbondale.
According to the Carbondale Police Department, the accident happened on the 1700 block of North Illinois Avenue.
Two cars were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.

The driver of one of the cars, Samuel W. Brown, 37, of Carbondale, was arrested for DUI and failure to yield the right of way.
