The law offices of Lerner and Rowe drops off 250 turkeys to help the Phoenix Rescue Mission 2015 reach their goal of receiving over 1,000 turkeys to support their holiday events, and also for Thanksgiving food boxes, to help feed disadvantaged families.
(Phoenix, AZ.) – The law offices of Lerner and Rowe donated 250 frozen turkeys support Phoenix Rescue Mission 2015 annual turkey donation drive. As Phoenix Rescue Mission expanded their shelter this year to include additional community programs and 88 more beds, they also increased their previous year’s goal to over 1,000 turkeys. The frozen turkeys they collect will be used in Thanksgiving food boxes for less fortunate families and for the Thanksgiving dinner they host each year for members of Phoenix’s homeless community.
“The holidays are generally the one time of year where people think about doing something to give back to their local community. Phoenix Rescue Mission’s annual Thanksgiving turkey drive is great way to support local families and individuals who may otherwise not be able to enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal,” said attorney Kevin Rowe. “My legal team, family and I are thankful to be able to donate 250 turkeys to help the Mission reach their goal.”
