The other two adult occupants of the Nissan were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Lapel, IN. – Two people were killed in a collision that left two others seriously injured near Lapel in Madison County on Thursday morning.
The double-fatal crash happened around 9:50 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 200 South and County Road 825 West, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
A Jeep Wrangler was westbound on 200 South when it collided with a southbound Nissan at the intersection. Police say the Nissan failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection prior to the crash.
Two of the four occupants of the Nissan were killed in the accident.
The other two adult occupants of the Nissan were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The 18-year-old driver of the Jeep was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
