Between the free birria ramen for the early birds, the taco specials, and the live radio broadcasts, the vibes were unbeatable—peaking with the intense (and delicious) $500 Birria Pizza Eating Challenge.
The day also featured an official ribbon cutting with the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, marking a fresh start for this local favorite.
From the packed house to the festive Cinco de Mayo spirit, the event was a perfect snapshot of what makes Arizona special: incredible food, thriving local businesses, and neighbors coming together.
