I am very satisfied with the experience and customer service provided. Nubia was very helpful, always replying in a timely manner. She always answered any questions I had and made the whole experience better (as best as it could be due to the circumstances). My lawyer was also very helpful and explained everything before moving forward with the case. He explained where the money was going to in regards to medical bills and when I would get a call back.
