Erika R. was awesome and was very patient through out the entire process. I emailed her a million times and she was prompt in her responses and concise when giving an explanation. Yessi was also a treat. When it came time for the settlement process, Yessi was able to clearly explain everything that i deemed confusing and put my mind at ease several times.
