Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys Team Up with Mix 96.9 to Benefit Children First Academy
Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys are proud to once again team up with Phoenix radio station Mix 96.9 to collect essential back-to-school items to benefit underprivileged and also at-risk youth of Children First Academy. 2013 is the fourth year that the Back-to-School Tools benefit drive has been held. Critically needed items on the supply list include: technology tools, classroom teaching supplies, student school supplies, food items, clothing and personal hygiene items and also, special treats for the academy’s birthday room. Established in 2008, Children First Academy serves and educates underprivileged and homeless students grades K-8. 100% of the students who attend the charter school are at the poverty line; more than half are homeless. Just recently, the school opened doors to a new 52,000 square-foot campus with plans to eventually grow to a K-12 grade school.
