Troopers said a motorcycle and a semi-truck crashed in unclear circumstances.

Wesley Chapel, FL. – A 40-year-old man from Webster was killed after a motorcycle accident on Tuesday afternoon in Wesley Chapel, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on northbound Interstate 75 near the exit to Overpass Road.
Troopers said a motorcycle and a semi-truck crashed in unclear circumstances.
The motorcyclist, a 40-year-old Webster man, was killed in the collision.
The northbound lanes of I-75 were blocked following the accident.
Vehicles were diverted off at CR 54 and SR 54, Exit 279.
Drivers are asked to use alternate routes if possible until the freeway reopens.
An investigation is underway.
