Venice, FL.- Two people were killed following a single vehicle accident Monday morning in Venice.
The accident occurred at approximately 4:20 a.m. on August 17 on U.S. 41 Bypass near Patriots Park.
Venice Police Department officers and other first responders were called to the scene following reports of the accident.
Authorities said the vehicle involved in the collision had two occupants.
Both occupants were killed as a result of the accident.
Authorities have not released the identities of the two people who died.
