The deadly auto-pedestrian accident occurred around 9 p.m. on June 23 near 73rd Avenue and Bell Road.
Glendale, AZ – A 21-year-old woman died after she was hit by a hit-and-run driver Monday night in Glendale.
The victim has been identified as Tony Marie Gonzales.
The deadly auto-pedestrian accident occurred around 9 p.m. on June 23 near 73rd Avenue and Bell Road.
Police said Gonzales was struck and thrown several feet from the point of impact. She was transported to a hospital, where died from her injuries.
The involved driver fled the scene and has not been identified.
The deadly collision remains under investigation.
