Sparks, NV.- Two people were injured following a rollover accident Monday morning in Sparks.
The accident was reported shortly before 8 a.m. on July 13 at the intersection of Rock Boulevard and Greenbrae Drive.
Authorities said the accident involved an SUV and a work truck. Preliminary information indicates the SUV failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the work truck, causing it to overturn.
Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with injuries. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
The intersection was closed while emergency crews responded to the scene and cleared the roadway.
The accident remains under investigation.
