Roscoe, IL.- A pedestrian was injured following a multi vehicle accident Thursday night on Interstate 90 in Roscoe.

The accident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on September 3 near milepost 7.7.

Authorities said the collision involved two passenger vehicles and a semi truck.

The semi truck left the roadway following the collision and came to a stop in a ditch.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and provided medical assistance to those involved.

A pedestrian suffered injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Authorities have not released additional information regarding the pedestrian’s condition or identity.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the collision.

The right lane of Interstate 90 was closed at approximately 2:37 a.m. while emergency crews and investigators worked at the scene.

The lane reopened at approximately 3:24 a.m.
