Deputies said a 27-year-old man was piloting a motorcycle when he crashed into a pickup truck in unclear circumstances.

Tinley Park, IL. – A rider was killed after a motorcycle accident on Friday night in Tinley Park, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The accident happened on June 19 on 163rd St and Harlem Avenue.
Deputies said a 27-year-old man was piloting a motorcycle when he crashed into a pickup truck in unclear circumstances.
The rider was killed in the collision.
The rider’s passenger was critically hurt and was listed in a critical condition.
Officials closed Harlem Avenue from 167th to 159th streets for several hours to give way to an on-scene investigation. The roadway reopened a while after 1:00 a.m. on Saturday.
No other information concerning this collision was provided.
