Portland, OR.- A motorcyclist was killed following an accident Monday night in Portland.
The accident occurred around 9:12 p.m. on July 13 near East Burnside Street and NE 24th Avenue.
Authorities said the collision involved a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Authorities also responded to another crash in Portland just minutes later that left one person in critical condition. Additional details about that separate accident have not been released.
The accident remains under investigation.
