Havard, IL. – 35-year-old Omar Estrada-Escobar of Harvard was killed following a traffic collision on Tuesday morning in unincorporated Harvard, Illinois, according to the McHenry County Coroner’s Office.

The deadly crash happened on Hebron Road, east of the U.S. Route 13 a while before 7:00 a.m. June 24.

Authorities said a 1997 GMC Sierra was traveling east on Hebron Road when the SUV went off the roadway and struck a utility pole and overturned on its roof.

Estrada-Escobar was declared dead at the crash site.

No additional details regarding this crash were provided.
