Elkhart, IN. – A motorcyclist was killed following a motorcycle accident on Tuesday afternoon in Elkhart, according to the Elkhart Police Department.
The accident occurred in the 1500 block of Bristol Street a while before 12:15 p.m.
Authorities said a motorcycle and a semi-truck collided for unknown reasons.
The rider was killed in the collision.
Bristol Street was temporarily closed between Lilac Street to Independence following the collision.
