Troopers said a vehicle crashed through a bridge railing and flipped onto its roof and ended up fully submerged in the water under the bridge.

Macclenny, FL. – A man and a woman were killed after a traffic collision on Friday morning in Baker County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 6:30 a.m. on June 19 on County Road 23C near Ruben Crawford Road.
Troopers said a vehicle crashed through a bridge railing and flipped onto its roof and ended up fully submerged in the water under the bridge.
The man and woman, all Jacksonville residents, were declared dead at the crash site. They were not wearing seat belts at the time.
