Authorities said two men were killed and another was critically injured following a single vehicle rollover accident early Sunday morning on State Route 163 near Laughlin.
Laughlin, NV.- Two men were killed and another was critically injured following an SUV rollover accident Sunday morning on State Route 163.
The accident occurred around 4:06 a.m. on September 6 in the eastbound lanes near mile marker 7.
According to the preliminary report, a single SUV was involved in the rollover.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found three adult men involved in the accident.
Two of the men suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
A third man suffered critical injuries and was airlifted to a local hospital for treatment.
Authorities have not released the identities of the two men who died or additional information regarding the condition of the injured man.
The eastbound lanes of State Route 163 near mile marker 7 were closed while emergency crews assisted those involved and investigators examined the accident scene.
State Route 163 at U.S. 95 was also closed during the response, while the No. 2 westbound lane remained open.
Additional information about what caused the SUV to overturn has not been released.
The fatal accident remains under investigation.
