Paramedics transported the pedestrian to hospital with life-threatening injuries

Las Vegas, NV. – A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle on Saturday night in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the pedestrian accident happened at East Flamingo Road and South Topaz Street at around 9:15 p.m.
The pedestrian was crossing Flamingo Road and was struck by a Lexus ES350 traveling westbound on Flamingo.
Paramedics transported the pedestrian to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Lexus stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Police do not suspect impairment was a factor in the accident
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
