Las Vegas, NV. – A 26-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Monday morning in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of S. Pecos and E. Russell Road at around 7:10 a.m.
A motorcycle was traveling southbound on Pecos Road when it was struck by a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe at the intersection.
Paramedics pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
The Hyundai driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
According to the investigators, the driver showed no signs of impairment.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
