The accident occurred around 1:01 p.m. on August 31 at the intersection of Union Street and Markland Avenue.
Emergency units were dispatched to the intersection after receiving reports that a vehicle had struck a pedestrian.
According to dispatch information, the pedestrian was conscious and alert following the collision.
