The accident occurred shortly before 11:40 p.m. on July 30 on State Road 26 in front of Fairfield Christian Church.
Dispatchers received multiple 911 calls reporting the collision, although callers were initially unable to confirm whether anyone had been injured.
Responding officers found several people with injuries at the scene.
Firefighters and EMS crews responded to assist the injured.
Authorities urged motorists to avoid the area while emergency crews worked at the scene.
