Mattawa, WA.– 39-year-old Kibret Ghulbet, of Renton, was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident in Mattawa on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened on SR243 at milepost 2 at around 11:30 a.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.
The man was driving a red 2016 Volvo truck when he lost control and veered off the road, landing in a ditch.
Ghulbet was injured in the accident and was transported to Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
