Phoenix, AZ. – Jose Franco, 49, died after being struck by a car in Phoenix on Saturday morning.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the accident happened around 12:30 a.m. near 43rd Avenue and Earll Drive.
Franco was crossing 43rd Avenue when he was hit by an SUV traveling northbound.
The man was killed in the accident.
