Howard County, IN. – A 13-year-old moped rider was killed in a crash on Thursday afternoon in Howard County.
According to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at the intersection of County Road 750 West and County Road North/South around 1:51 p.m.
A 29-year-old woman was driving a black 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 southbound on CR 750 W when she collided with a 13-year-old moped rider.
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was not immediately clear whether alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
