Phoenix, TX – The authorities have identified the woman who was killed in a crash that left several other people injured in Phoenix on Sunday night.
The deceased female driver was identified as 34-year-old Hayley Kramer.
Authorities said another driver was traveling northbound on 43rd Avenue when, for some reason, the vehicle veered into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with Kramer’s vehicle.
Kramer, two other adults, and two children were transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, Kramer succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.

Phoenix, AZ – A woman was killed and four other people injured following a Sunday night traffic collision near 43rd Avenue in West Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the crash happened June 1, near 43rd Avenue and Aster Drive, just south of Sweetwater Avenue.
Responding crews located two vehicles in the area. The manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
The woman along with two other adults and two children were taken to the hospital with injuries.
The woman whose name and age were not released died at the hospital. The other four are expected to survive.
43rd Avenue was shut down between Sweetwater Avenue and Cactus Road for several hours during the on-site investigation.
