Evansville, IN.- Emergency crews responded to an injury accident Saturday morning in Evansville.
The accident occurred at approximately 10:55 a.m. on July 18 at the intersection of Covert Avenue and Kentucky Avenue.
According to the Evansville Dispatch, police, firefighters, and ambulance crews were dispatched after two vehicles collided at the intersection.
Investigators said one driver ran a red light and struck another vehicle, causing the impacted vehicle to leave the roadway and crash into a fence.
Authorities said injuries were reported, but none were considered serious.
No additional information about the drivers or passengers has been released.
